1、 Surface natural color whitening treatment: stainless steel in the processing process, after rolling, binding, welding or artificial surface heat treatment, produce black oxide skin. The hard gray black oxide scale is mainly composed of nicr2o4 and NiFe, which was removed by hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid. However, this method has been gradually eliminated due to its high cost, environmental pollution and corrosiveness. At present, there are two methods to treat oxide scale

(1) Sand blasting (shot) method: mainly uses the method of spraying micro glass beads to remove the black oxide skin on the surface.

(2) Chemical method: use acid pickling passivation paste and normal temperature non-toxic cleaning solution with inorganic additives. So as to achieve the purpose of whitening the natural color of stainless steel.

2、 Stainless steel surface mirror polishing method: according to the complexity of stainless steel products and different user requirements, mechanical polishing, chemical polishing, electrochemical polishing and other methods can be used to achieve mirror gloss.

3、 Surface coloring treatment: Stainless Steel Coloring not only endows stainless steel products with various colors, but also improves wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
