Influencing factors of clamp installation:

1. There shall be no air hole, blister, shrinkage cavity and other defects in the clamp.

2. The diameter of the end pipe should be positive deviation, otherwise the clamping force of the clamp on the sealing ring will be insufficient, which will affect the sealing effect of the joint.

3. The material and performance of the sealing ring must meet the requirements. There should be no bubbles, impurities, cracks, uneven uneven defects on the sealing surface, and aging rubber rings should not be used.

4. The splashing impurities and snap ring welding in the end pipe will affect the end pipe sealing. Before installation, the welding slag on the sealing surface should be cleaned to ensure the sealing effect.

5. Theoretically, the movement distance of the clasp in the clamp is half of the joint expansion and contraction. Actual measurement shall be carried out. In order to improve the sealing effect, the left and right end pipes should be matched with the clamp before leaving the factory. In fact, it is not suitable to directly replace the end pipe with ordinary pipe. The end is vertical to the end pipe. The axis and flatness of the end face are required, and the size is not standard. The expansion and contraction of the joint is greatly reduced, which can not meet the requirements of use.
